摘  要:针对热电偶仪表制造过程中人工焊接生产效率低、稳定性差的缺点,设计了一套自动化焊接设备控制系统。分析了自动化焊接设备控制系统结构组成和工作原理,系统采用工业机器人技术实现工件的自动化焊接;研究了设备生产的工序流程,针对工序流程对机器人本体、机器人控制器、焊接系统等硬件进行了选型,并对自动化焊接设备控制系统功能进行了设计,利用PLC、按钮盒和触摸屏对设备的整个焊接过程进行操作、控制和运行监控。系统在安徽某集团热电偶仪表生产部完成了实施,经过调试后达到了预定设计目标,经用户质检焊缝质量符合产品生产要求。该系统应用后为企业提高了生产效率,增加了产品质量稳定性。in view of the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor stability of manual welding in the manufacturing process of thermocouple instruments,an automatic welding equipment control system is designed.the structure and working principle of the control system of the automatic welding equipment is analyzed.The system adopts the technology of industrial robot to realize the automatic welding of workpieces.It studies the process flow of the equipment production,and selects the robot body,robot controller,welding system and other hardware according to the process flow.It also designs the function of the control system of the automatic welding equipment,using PLC,button box and touch screen operate,control and monitor the whole welding process of the equipment.The system has been implemented in the thermocouple instrument production department of a group in Anhui Province.After debugging,the system has reached the predetermined design goal,and the quality of the weld meets the production requirements after the user’s quality inspection.The application of the system improves the production efficiency and the stability of product quality.
