摘 要:为了研究如何提高混合桥式DC-DC变换器的动态性能,减少电流传感器的使用成本,在传统预测控制方法的基础上提出一种基于无电流传感器的模型预测控制方法。针对传统桥式结构在发生短路时电流过大的问题,提出一种高压侧为混合桥结构,低压侧为一种改进半桥结构的混合桥式DC-DC变换器拓扑,这一拓扑能够有效抑制短路电流的上升趋势。针对变换器低成本高可靠性的运行需求,提出一种无电流传感器模型预测控制方法,该方法在不使用电流传感器的情况下保留了传统模型预测控制的优良动态性能。搭建了混合桥式DC-DC变换器的仿真模型和实验平台,对提出的改进型混合桥式双向DC-DC变换器和无电流传感器模型预测控制方法进行了验证。仿真和实验结果表明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。In order to study how to improve the dynamic performance of hybrid-bridge DC-DC converter and reduce the cost of current sensor,a current-sensorless model predictive control method based on traditional model predictive control method is proposed.Aiming at the problem that the current of traditional bridge structure is too large when short circuit occurs,an improved hybrid-bridge DC-DC converter topology is proposed.The high voltage side of the converter is a hybrid-bridge structure,and the low voltage side is an improved half-bridge double winding structure.The improved hybrid-bridge DC-DC converter can suppress the rising trend of short-circuit current.In order to meet the requirements of low cost and high reliability of converter,a current-sensorless model predictive control method is proposed.The method retains the excellent dynamic performance of traditional model predictive control without using current sensor.The simulation model and experimental platform of the hybrid-bridge DC-DC converter were built.The improved hybrid-bridge bidirectional DC-DC converter and the current-sensorless model predictive control method were verified.Simulation and experimental results show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
