摘　　要：“三全育人”作为一套育人工作体系对模拟审判教学提出了具体化的要求。模拟法庭审判教学蕴含了丰富的育人素材,可以有效发挥“三全育人”工作体系的功能。在“三全育人”理念指引下,法律职业共同体等全员支持法学专业模拟审判教学育人,法学专业模拟审判教学全过程育人,法学专业模拟审判教学全方位育人。在此认识基础上,应当构建以“三全育人”理念为出发点和落脚点的法学专业模拟审判教学评价体系。As a set of education system,“three wholes education”puts forward specific requirements for simulated trial teaching.Simulated court trial teaching contains rich educational materials,which can effectively play the function of“three wholes education”work system.Under the guidance of the“three wholes education”,all members like the legal community support the simulated trial teaching of law major,the simulated trial teaching of law major educate people in the whole process and in all-round way.On the basis of this understanding,we should build a evaluation system of simulation trial teaching of law major with the concept of“three wholes education”as the starting point and foothold.
