摘　　要：Comenius clarified the requirements of teaching and learning and its effect on learning efficiency in the book The Great Didactic.Students’learning efficiency is mainly affected by the following four factors:the appropriate timing;carefully preparing classroom teaching;choosing the appropriate teaching environment;and taking care of the special needs of students,which provides reference for today’s student learning and teacher teaching.
