摘 要:为研究水泥乳化沥青(CA)砂浆的徐变模型,测试了中国铁路轨道结构系统(CRTS)Ⅰ、Ⅱ型CA砂浆在不同应力水平下的徐变曲线,并对比分析了几种经典徐变模型对CA砂浆徐变的适用性.结果表明:Burgers模型最适合表征CA砂浆的徐变特点,并考虑CA砂浆中沥青相的特性,建立了修正Burgers模型;模型参数与应力水平均呈线性关系;基于模型计算结果,在25℃、相对湿度65%及0.1MPa静荷载作用下,50mm厚的Ⅰ、Ⅱ型CA砂浆充填层在100a服役期内的徐变分别为0.0325和0.0035mm.In order to study the creep model of cement emulsified asphalt(CA)mortar,the creep curves of China Railway Track System(CRTS)ⅠandⅡCA mortar under different stress levels were measured,and the applicability of several classical creep models to the creep of CA mortar was compared and analyzed.The results show that Burgers model is the most suitable model to characterize the creep characteristics of CA mortar.Considering the characteristics of asphalt phase in CA mortar,a modified Burgers model is established.The model parameters are linearly related to the stress level.Based on the model calculation results,the creep values of 50mm thickⅠandⅡtype CA mortar filling layer are 0.0325mm and 0.0035mm,respectively,under the environmental conditions of 25℃and 65%relative humidity and the static load of 0.1MPa.
