摘　　要：城乡教育一体化是社会发展的必然选择,乡村文化传承是民族精神延续的原初根脉。乡村文化的现实挣扎揭示出两者之间的逻辑悖论,包括整体思维与一元思维的系统差异,开放性与保守性的特性殊途,文化改造与自然承续的方法分歧,以及制度建设与观念建设的建设思路不同。因为矛盾始于整体性差异,所以只能采用教育现代化文化自觉的共生理念,搁置差异与冲突,引导两者在不同的逻辑路向上寻求价值共识。共生策略是化解逻辑悖论的操作性设计,包括利用现代化的教育理念重塑乡民的文化观,构建城市教育与乡村教育的“区隔—合作”机制,以及探索乡村教育文化自觉阶段化与可持续的发展模式。The integration of urban and rural education is an inevitable approach toward social development while the inheritance of rural culture serves as the continuation of the national spirit.The realistic struggle of rural culture reveals the logical dilemma arising from the systematic difference between overall thinking and unitary view,openness and conservatism,cultural transformation and natural inheritance,and institutional and ideological construction.To resolve these dilemmas,the authors argued that steps can be taken to enhance the symbiotic concept of cultural self-consciousness of educational modernization,set aside differences,and seek value consensus on different logical paths.The symbiotic strategy is an operational design to resolve the logical paradox through using modernized educational concepts to reshape the cultural views of rural residents,constructing the“jurisdiction-coordination”mechanism of urban and rural education,and exploring the phased cultural self-consciousness and sustainable development mode of rural education.
