摘　　要：目的通过GC-MS法分析筋骨止痛凝胶中挥发性成分。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取筋骨止痛凝胶挥发性成分,运用GC-MS联用技术进行成分分析,谱库检索结合药材色谱峰归属进行定性分析。结果从筋骨止痛凝胶挥发性成分中共鉴定出43个成分,通过对照品指认异龙脑、龙脑、薄荷脑,含量相对较高,另对各色谱峰进行药材归属,其中32个色谱峰已归属至药材,占已鉴定总峰个数的74.4%。结论 GC-MS法能够快速有效地分析筋骨止痛凝胶中的挥发性成分,为该药药效成分的研究和质量控制提供参考。Objective To analyze the volatile components in Jingu Zhitong gel by GC-MS.Methods The volatile components in Jingu Zhitong gel were extracted by steam distillation,and qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS,spectrum database retrieval and chromatographic peak attribution of medicinal materials.Results All 43 components were identified in which 32 peaks were attributed to herbs,accounting for 74.4% of the total volatile components.Isoborneol,endo-borneol and menthol were identified by the reference substance,and the content was relatively high.Conclusion GC-MS is stable and reliable for the quick analysis of volatile components in Jingu Zhitong gel,which can be used as a reference for the components and quality control of Jingu Zhitong gel.
