摘　　要：临床中阑尾黏液腺癌较少见,因缺乏特异性常被误诊为阑尾炎、阑尾周围脓肿等,造成诊断困难和延误治疗,增加患者死亡风险,本文报道1例阑尾黏液腺癌的诊治过程及体会。Appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma is rare in the clinic.Due to the lack of specificity,appendicitis and periappendic abscesses are often misdiagnosed,which makes diagnosis difficult and delays treatment,increasing the risk of death.This article reported the diagnosis and treatment of a case of appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma.
