摘  要:检索近几年CNKI、PubMed等数据库中针灸通过相关信号通路治疗脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)后神经再生修复的相关文献并进行综述,指出目前针灸通过相关信号通路治疗SCI后神经再生修复的研究日渐丰富,影响信号通路的针灸方式包括针刺、灸法、电针等,主要信号通路有Notch信号通路、Wnt信号通路、Rho信号通路等。针灸通过调控相关信号通路治疗SCI后神经再生修复疗效确切,优势明显。主要通过调控相关细胞分子促进或者抑制信号通路进行治疗,但相关理论并不完善,需要进一步的研究结果加以完善。After searching and reviewing the related papers about acupuncture in treating nerve regeneration and recovery after spinal cord injury(SCI) through the related signaling pathway in CNKI, PubMed and other databases in the recent years, it was pointed out that the researches were becoming more and more abundant recently,the acupuncture methods of affecting signaling pathways contained needling, moxibustion, electroscupuncture and others, main signaling pathways included Notch signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, Rho signaling pathway and others. Acupuncture could obtain definite effects and notable advantages in treating nerve regeneration and recovery after SCI through regulating the related signaling pathway. The treatment promoting and inhibiting signaling pathway was through regulating and controling the related cellular molecules, while the related theory was not perfect, and it needs to be improved with further research results.
