摘　　要：从脑卒中后抑郁的中医发病机制及中医综合治疗与护理两方面进行综述,指出脑卒中后抑郁的中医综合治疗与护理主要包括情志护理结合音乐疗法、穴位疗法、中药疗法及中医适宜技术的开展.Through reviewing TCM mechanism,TCM comprehensive therapy and nursing of post-stroke depression(PSD),TCM comprehensive treatment and nursing of PSD mainly contained emtional nursing combined with music therapy,acupooint therapy,herbal therapy and the launch of TCM appropriate technology.
