运动发育推拿法联合针灸在小儿脑瘫康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨运动发育推拿法联合针灸在小儿脑瘫康复中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治小儿脑瘫患儿200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采取中医针灸法治疗,试验组在中医针灸法基础上联合运动发育推拿法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动发育推拿法和中医针灸法互相结合,相辅相成,可增强针灸的临床疗效,治疗总有效率明显提高。Objective:To explore the effect of motor development massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in children.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,200 cases of children with cerebral palsy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion,while the experimental group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with motor development massage.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of motor development massage and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion can enhance the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion,they can supplement each other,the total effective rate of treatment is obviously improved.
