穴位按摩联合舌操对脑卒中吞咽障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合舌操在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的效果。方法选取2018年10月~2020年3月云浮市中医院收治的80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。两组患者均进行吞咽功能训练,对照组进行舌操基础训练及相关心理护理,研究组在舌操基础训练及相关心理护理的基础上配合穴位按摩。观察对比两组患者治疗后的临床治疗效果、标准吞咽能量表评分以及微营养评估(MNA)评级情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗2、4周的标准吞咽能量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的营养情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合舌操可有效提高脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床治疗效果,较大程度地提高患者自身的营养水平以及促进机体吞咽功能的有效恢复,具有理想的临床效果,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with tongue exercise in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to March 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given swallowing function training,the control group was given basic tongue exercise training and related psychological nursing,while the study group was given acupoint massage on the basis of basic tongue exercise training and related psychological nursing.The clinical effect,standard swallowing energy scale score and micronutrient assessment(MNA)rating of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The standard swallowing energy scale scores of the study group at 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nutrition of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with tongue exercise can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of stroke dysphagia,greatly improve the patients′own nutritional level and promote the effective recovery of swallowing function of the body,with ideal clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
