摘 要:年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)发病机制复杂,补体旁路途径的激活是该病发病重要机制之一。该补体系统的平衡失控会引起AMD的发生与发展,其相关因子C3及补体调节因子H(CFH)的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)是AMD发病的高危因素;补体调节因子I(CFI)活动度与疾病严重程度呈正相关;补体调节因子B(CFB)可能是该病的推动因子;补体调节因子D(CFD)的SNP可推动疾病的发生。本文将对补体旁路途径对AMD发生及发展的作用进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路。The pathogenesis of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is complex.Activation of the complement alternative pathway is an important pathogenesis of AMD.The imbalance of the complement system can cause the occurrence and development of AMD.The single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)of C3 and CFH related to the complement alternative pathway are high risk factors for AMD.CFI activity was positively correlated with AMD severity.CFB may be a contributing factor to AMD.CFD single nucleotide polymorphism can promote the occurrence of AMD.This article reviewed the role of the complement alternative pathway in the pathogenesis and development of age-related macular degeneration,which might provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.
