摘  要:采用不同的锻造工艺参数对35CrMoVTi钢汽车刹车片盘毂进行了锻造,并进行了冲击性能、耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随着始锻温度、终锻温度的增加,试样的冲击性能、耐磨损性能均先提升后下降。在1170℃始锻温度、860℃终锻温度下,试样的冲击吸收功最大,磨损体积最小。35CrMoVTi钢汽车刹车片盘毂的锻造工艺参数优选为:1170℃始锻温度、860℃终锻温度。The 35CrMoVTi steel brake disc hub were forged by using different forging process parameters, and the impact properties and wear resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of initial forging temperature and final forging temperature, the impact properties and wear resistance of the samples increase first and then decrease. At the initial forging temperature of 1170 ℃ and the final forging temperature of 860 ℃, the impact absorption work of the sample is the largest and the wear volume is the smallest. The optimized forging process parameters of 35CrMoVTi automobile brake disc hubs are the initial forging temperature of 1170℃ and the final forging temperature of 860℃.
