摘  要:齿轮时变啮合刚度是最为重要的动态激励源之一,同时也是齿轮系统动力学模型的关键性参数,采用累积势能法,通过建立啮合刚度的计算模型,分析双渐开线齿轮参数(如模数、齿宽等因素)对啮合刚度具体的影响,得到啮合刚度的波动程度会随着齿轮模数的增大而增加,而啮合刚度会随齿宽的增加而减小,这不仅提出了一种更为简单的双渐开线齿轮刚度计算方法,也是齿轮传动系统动力学重点研究的内容之一。The time-varying meshing stiffness is one of the most important dynamic excitation sources and the key parameter of the gear system dynamic model.This paper uses accumulated integral potential energy method to build the calculation model of meshing stiffness,analyzes the effects of parameters of double involute gear(such as modulus,tooth width)on meshing stiffness.The results can be obtained that the degree of meshing stiffness decreases with the increase of the tooth surface width,while the influence of the modulus on the meshing stiffness exhibits the opposite trend.The finding not only presents a simpler calculation method for the stiffness of double involute gear,but also is one of the key research contents on the dynamics of gear transmission system.
