摘　　要：阐述技术线损最优化、管理线损最小化的降损管理理念,转变传统的线损管理模式,走向管理科学、制度规范、技术提升的良性循环,从而减轻基层单位线损统计分析的工作量、降低供电成本、提高供电企业经济效益。This paper expounds the idea of reducing the loss of technical line loss optimization and management line loss minimization,and changes the traditional line loss management mode to a virtuous cycle of scientific management,system standardization and technical improvement,so as to reduce the workload of line loss statistical analysis of grass-roots units,reduce the cost of power supply and improve the economic benefits of power supply enterprises.
