摘 要:为实现对多级液压天线举升机构运动的平稳性检测和量化分析,提出一种检测系统:首先,通过四连杆式检测装置上的绝对编码器采集相关运动数据,数据经数据采集模块处理后,得到机构的实际运动曲线;再根据机构的结构参数并结合机构运动模型,得到机构理论运动曲线;对2组数据进行对比分析得到拟合度指标的量化数据和运动偏差数据,依据这些数据定向地对各级液压机构的流量做出针对性调整。最后以某多级液压天线举升机构为例验证该检测系统的可行性。Aiming at the problems of detection and quantitative analysis of the motion stability of the multi-stage hydraulic antenna lifting mechanism,a detection system is proposed.Firstly,the relevant motion data are collected by the absolute encoder on the four-link detection device.The actual motion curve of the mechanism is obtained after processing.According to the structure parameters of the mechanism and the motion model of the multistage hydraulic antenna lifting mechanism,the theoretical motion curve of the mechanism is obtained.Then,the quantitative data and motion deviation data of fitting degree index are obtained by comparing and analyzing the two groups of data,and the flow rate of hydraulic mechanism at all levels is adjusted according to these data.Finally,a multistage hydraulic antenna lifting mechanism is taken as an example to verify that the detection system is feasible.
