摘 要:针对芦苇收割存在芦苇和杂草相互缠绕的实际问题,设计一种空间连杆和平面连杆机构联动的芦苇收割装置,并建立各机构对应的数学模型。提出芦苇收割中当曲柄轴转一圈,水平刀具切割实现往复行程10 cm、竖直刀具行程实现25 cm的需求;根据给定需求求解建立的机构数学模型,确定连杆机构各部尺寸。依据机构和部件尺寸参数,建立杆件、机架和双动刀具等实体模型并进行装配,并进行竖刀与横刀的往复式切割运动轨迹分析。分析结果验证装置设计满足设定的芦苇收割所需行程要求。该设计实现了在一个动力源的情况下,采用平面连杆和空间连杆联动,进行芦苇横向和杂草纵向切割,其理念可用在水中杂草清理机械设计实践中。In view of the practical problems existing in reed harvesting,a reed harvesting mechanism with spatial linkage and planar linkage mechanism is designed,and mathematical models of each mechanism are established.The mechanism includes crank rotating mechanism,crank rocker mechanism,rocker slider mechanism and spatial linkage mechanism,and the key components include bar,frame and double acting tools.Putting forward the requirements of reed harvesting that when the crank shaft rotates once,horizontal cutting tool has a reciprocating travel of 10 cm,at the same time the vertical cutting tool has a travel of 25 cm;then according to the requirements,mathematical models of these mechanism are calculated to determine the size of mechanism components;with the mechanism components size,the solid models of rod,frame and double acting cutter are established.The reciprocating cutting trajectory of vertical and horizontal knives is analyzed.The results showed that the stroke requirements of reed harvesting are met.In this design,when there is one power source,the design achieves the linkage of plane connecting rod and space connecting rod and realizes the transverse and longitudinal cutting of reed and weeds.The concept can be used in the design practice of weed cleaning machinery in water.
