摘  要:绝缘子电晕放电是电力系统重大安全隐患的来源之一。为实时监测和获取绝缘子状态信息,选取第四代紫外锑铯微光图像传感器技术作为在日盲紫外检测的核心技术,给出日盲紫外传感器的技术方案。提出日盲感知信号光感强度、光感频次和光感能量三大特征值提取方法。给出增益、检测距离、观测角度、环境风速对检测结果的影响,给出增益等因素的最佳取值区间和影响因素的处理方法。通过搭建试验系统,对绝缘子紫外电晕放电在线监测系统的有效性进行验证。试验结果表明:本文所研制的绝缘子电晕放电在线监测系统能够全方位监测绝缘子的状态信息,准确、及时地识别故障,保证绝缘子安全运行的同时最大限度的利用零部件的价值,将事后维护和预防维护提升到预测性维护层面。研究成果可进一步促进绝缘子电晕放电检测技术的发展,为电力设备和电力系统的安全稳定运行提供有力保障。Insulator corona discharge is one of the sources of major security risks in power system.In order to monitor and obtain the insulator status information in real time,this paper selected the most advanced fourth generation ultraviolet antimony cesium low light level image sensor technology as the core technology of blind ultraviolet detection in the sun,and gave the technical scheme of the solar blind ultraviolet sensor.A method for extracting the three sensing signals of solar blind sensing signal,i.e.intensity,frequency and energy,was proposed.The effects of gain,detection distance,observation angle and ambient wind speed on the detection results were put forward.The best value range of gain and other factors and the treatment method of influencing factors were given.The effectiveness of on-line monitoring system for UV corona discharge of insulators was verified by building a test system.The test results showed that the on-line monitoring system of insulator corona discharge developed in this paper could monitor the status information of insulator in an all-round way,identified the fault accurately and timely,ensured the safe operation of insulator,and maximized the value of parts and components,and upgraded the post maintenance and preventive maintenance to predictive maintenance level.The research results can further promote the development of insulator corona discharge detection technology,and provide a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power equipment and power system.
