摘　　要：2020年上半年,我国在产蛋鸡存栏量处于历史新高位,蛋鸡产能过剩明显,鸡蛋市场供应较为充足,而鸡蛋消费受新冠肺炎疫情影响较大,学校团体性消费和社会餐饮业消费下降明显,由于市场供给大于需求,鸡蛋价格连续下跌,蛋鸡养殖效益下降,5月份开始出现亏损,至6月份创下2018年以来新低。进入三季度以来,蛋鸡产能过剩局面有所缓解,消费需求逐渐恢复,鸡蛋价格连续3个月回升,蛋鸡养殖效益有所好转。预计后期蛋鸡存栏相对稳定,鸡蛋价格将处于震荡走势。为促进蛋鸡产业高质量发展,建议多举措提升鸡蛋产品附加值,加强鸡蛋品牌建设,构建禽蛋全产业链监测预警体系。In the first half of 2020,the stocks of laying hens of China reached a new historical records.Excess production capacity of laying hens was evident,so the poultry eggs market supply was relatively abundant.At the same time,consumption of poultry eggs was greatly influenced by COVID-19 outbreak, group consumption of schools and social catering consumption were decreased significantly.Because the market supply of eggs was greater than the demand,the price of eggs fallen in a row,the profits of laying hens breeding continuously dropped and started to lose money in May of 2020.In June it dropped to the lowest since 2018.Since the beginning of the third quarter,the overcapacity of laying hens had eased,consumer demand had gradually recovered,the price of poultry eggs had risen for three consecutive months,and the profits of laying hens breeding had improved.It is expected that the laying hens stock in the later period is relatively stable,and the poultry eggs price will be in a volatile trend.In order to promote the high-quality development of the laying chicken industry,it is suggested that multiple measures should be taken to enhance the added value of poultry eggs,strengthen the building of poultry egg brand,and establish the monitoring and early warning system of the whole poultry eggs industry chain.
