摘 要:近年来,人工智能、大数据技术发展迅速,国内外相关研究日益深入,相关应用层出不穷。人工智能、大数据技术与移动通信产业的深度结合,不仅帮助工作人员实现了更加精确高效的数据处理,也促进了网络资源的充分利用和优化建设,更为用户提供了优质服务。在这种大背景下,IT支撑网工作面临转型与机遇,其中利用人工神经网络技术解决实际工作的日常问题,实现IT支撑工作的智能化,是一个非常有前景的工作方向。因此,重点讲述人工神经网络的算法模型以及解决IT一般问题的流程,并以一个案例为例进行详细说明,同时对未来进行展望。In recent years,the development of artificial intelligence and big data technology is extremely rapid.The related research at home and abroad is increasingly in-depth,and the related applications emerge in an endless stream.The deep integration of artificial intelligence,big data technology and mobile communication industry not only helps the staff to process data more accurately and efficiently,but also promotes the full utilization and optimization of network resources,and provides users with high-quality services Business.In this context,it support network work is facing transformation and opportunities.It is a very promising direction to solve the daily problems of practical work by using artificial neural network technology and realize the intelligent IT support work.This paper makes some research on this,focusing on the algorithm model of artificial neural network and the process of solving general it problems.Finally,it introduces a case and prospects the future.
