摘　　要：我国自社会主义制度确立以来,对社会主义制度下的国有企业管理体制进行了不断探索,并在这一过程中形成了许多原创性理论成果。通过历次国有企业改革实践,不断调整政府与国有企业之间的关系,不断探索国有企业内部的管理模式,已初步建立起具有中国特色且符合中国国情的国有企业管理体制。中国特色国有企业管理体制形成与发展,是对马克思主义政治经济学基本理论的运用和发展,以及对西方企业管理理论的超越。党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,中国的改革开放站到了新的历史起点,国有企业的发展与改革也进入了新阶段。应继续以马克思主义政治经济学辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的总体方法论,深化对中国特色社会主义国有企业管理理论的概括和研究,而不是简单地用西方企业管理理论对中国国有企业管理体制进行机械化、教条化地套用。Since the establishment of the socialist system,China has continuously explored the state-owned enterprise management system under the socialist system and has formed many original theoretical results in this process.Through the practice of previous state-owned enterprise reforms,China has constantly adjusted the relationship between the government and state-owned enterprises,and constantly exploring the internal management mode of state-owned enterprises,we have initially established the state-owned enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics which is in line with China’s national conditions.The formation and development of the state-owned enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics is the application and development of the basic theories of Marxist political economy and the transcendence of western enterprise management theories.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a New Era,China’s reform and opening up has reached a new historical starting point,and the development and reform of state-owned enterprises has also entered a new stage.We should continue to use the overall methodology of Marxist political economy dialectical materialism and historical materialism to deepen the generalization and research on the management theory of socialist state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics,instead of simply using western enterprise management theories to mechanically and dogmatically apply Chinese state-owned enterprise management system.
