摘  要:采用溴化钠(NaBr)和亚硫酸钠(Na2SO3)处理羊毛纤维,探索羊毛细化的可行性。结果表明:NaBr可破坏羊毛的结晶相,Na2SO3溶液处理的羊毛由于二硫键断裂导致断裂伸长率提高。红外光谱表明,在循环拉伸试验中,羊毛的氢键起着临时形状固定和刺激回复的作用。另外,水与羊毛氢键作用可导致临时形状回复率升高,而羊毛经Na2SO3和NaBr处理后由于二硫键和结晶相部分破坏,导致临时形状回复率下降;拉细工艺处理后羊毛的形状记忆性能减弱,使拉细的羊毛形状稳定固化。The sodium sulfite(Na2 SO3)and sodium bromide(NaBr)are used to treat coarse wool fiber and to explore the feasibility of wool refinement.The results show that the elongation at break of the wool treated by Na2 SO3 solution is up to 150%because of the breakage of disulfide bond.The infrared spectrum shows that the hydrogen bond of wool plays the role of temporary shape fixing and stimulating recovery in a cyclic tensile test.In addition,the interaction of hydrogen bond of wool and water could lead to a temporary shape recovery rate,and the temporary shape recovery rate of wool after Na2 SO3 and NaBr treatment reduce due to the partial destruction of disulfide bond and crystalline phase.The shape memory property of the treated wool is weakened,which is conducive to the drawing process,and the shape of the drawn wool is stable and solidified.
