摘 要:耐药、复发和转移是恶性肿瘤临床治疗失败的主要原因.近年来,随着分子生物学与细胞生物学研究的不断深入,人们发现肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)是导致恶性肿瘤耐药、复发和转移的主要原因.CSCs靶向示踪与治疗或将有助于彻底治愈恶性肿瘤,放射免疫显像(RII)与放射免疫治疗(RIT)可以在活体水平精准示踪和靶向治疗CSCs,在恶性肿瘤的诊疗一体化研究中发挥关键性作用.本文总结了CSCs的RII和RIT的研究进展及发展趋势.Therapeutic resistance,relapse and metastasis are the main reasons for the failure of current cancer clinical therapeutics.In recent years,with the in-depth research of molecular biology and cytobiology,mounting evidence has suggested that cancer stem cells(CSCs)contribute to the cancer therapeutic resistance,relapse and metastasis.It holds great promise that targeted tracking and therapy of CSCs may contribute to completely cure malignant tumors.In vivo radioimmunoimaging(RII)and radioimmunotherapy(RIT)are the advance strategies adopted for precise tracking and targeted therapy of CSCs,which play a key role in the integrated research of cancer diagnosis and therapy.In this review,research progress and development trend of CSC-targeted RII and RIT are summarized.
