摘  要:材料学习是工业设计专业的基础教学内容。本文以体验式学习模型为理论基础,提出了学习循环、信息反馈和学教一体的体验式三要素学习法;通过定量分析学生学习风格类别,建设了用于工业产品材质学习的体验式虚拟仿真教学平台;该教学平台从材料介绍、感觉特性训练、教学小测等多维度立体化方式进行设计,教学过程中通过主动认知、虚仿、实操等多手段,全面提升学生学习效果。通过该平台,学生可以学习金属、塑料、橡胶等典型材料的感觉特性、固有性质及工艺性能等,通过材料感觉特性训练,使学生更好地理解材料在产品设计中的应用方法,进而选择材料。该学习法为工业设计专业学生理解和掌握设计材料知识,提供了一种新的学习模式。Material learning is basic for industrial design major.Three Elements Experiential Learning Method(TEELM)with learning cycle,information feedback and teaching-learning as an organic whole,is proposed in this paper,which uses the experiential learning model as the theoretical basis.The experiential virtual simulation teaching platform is built for learning materials used in industrial products by quantitative analyzing the categories of students’learning styles.The platform is designed from the multi-dimensional points of view,covering the material general introduction,the sensory characteristic training and the teaching in-class test and so on.Students'learning effect will be promoted comprehensively by the various means such as active cognition,virtual imitation and practical operation in the teaching process.The students can easily use the platform to learn the feeling features,the inherent nature and the processing properties of typical materials,such as metal,plastic,rubber and so on.They can easily understand the method of applying relative materials in product design by material sensory characteristics training,and appropriately choice some material to fi nish the relative product design.The TEELM will present a new learning mode for students to understand and master the knowledge of design materials in industrial design.
