四逆散加减治疗胃癌前病变疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价四逆散加减治疗胃癌前病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索各大数据库,收集2019年6月20日以前关于四逆散加减与西药比较对胃癌前病变临床疗效的随机对照试验(RCT),对纳入的RCT进行系统性评价。结果共纳入9个RCT研究,共609例胃癌前病变患者,中药四逆散加减(治疗组)和西药(对照组)的例数分别为311例和298例。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,四逆散加减治疗胃癌前病变优于西药治疗,总有效率:RR=1.21,95%CI[1.09,1.33],P=0.0002。胃镜检查结果有效率:RR=1.28,95%CI[1.17,1.39],P<0.00001。病理检查结果有效率:RR=1.29,95%CI[1.16,1.42],P<0.00001。结论中药四逆散加减对胃癌前病变的临床疗效优于西药治疗。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sini Powder in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on the clinical efficacy of Sini Powder in comparison with western medicine in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer before June 20,2019 were collected and systematically evaluated on the included RCTs.Results A total of 9 RCT studies were included.A total of 609 patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were enrolled.311 cases in the treatment group were treated with Sini powder and 298 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,Sini Powder was superior to western medicine in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.The total effective rate was RR=1.21,95%CI[1.09,1.33],P=0.0002.The effective rate of gastroscopy:RR=1.28,95%CI[1.17,1.39],P<0.00001.The effective rate of pathological examination:RR=1.29,95%CI[1.16,1.42],P<0.00001.Conclusion The clinical effect of Sini Powder on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is better than that of Western medicine.
