养老护理人员核心能力提升策略研究——以高职院校课程设置目标为视角

摘　　要：人口老龄化使老年护理行业逐渐兴起,但这一行业存在的问题也不容忽视。本文认为,养老护理人员核心能力缺失主要表现为老年护理基础知识和社区护理能力不足,其主要原因是社会公众对老年护理行业缺乏认可度、高职院校课程目标要求较低及课程评价方式单一。因此,高职院校课程设置目标要凸显核心能力,课程内容应突出养老护理特色,重点关注养老护理人员核心能力提升问题。The aging population makes the elderly care industry gradually rise,but the problems in this industry can not be ignored.This paper believes that the lack of core competence of nursing staff for the elderly is mainly manifested in the lack of basic knowledge of elderly care and community nursing ability.The main reasons are the lack of recognition of the elderly care industry by the public,the low requirements of curriculum objectives in Higher Vocational Colleges and the single evaluation method of curriculum.Therefore,the curriculum objectives of higher vocational colleges should highlight the core competence,the curriculum content should highlight the characteristics of nursing care for the elderly,and focus on the improvement of core competence of nursing staff.
