乳晕小切口治疗100例乳腺良性肿瘤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析乳晕小切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:2018年7月-2019年6月收治乳腺良性肿瘤患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采用传统放射状切口治疗;观察组采用乳晕小切口治疗。比较两组手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间、手术并发症发生率及对手术后瘢痕的满意度。结果:两组手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者满意率100.00%,高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳晕小切口治疗比传统放射状切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤具有更好的临床效果,不仅创伤小,患者后期恢复较快,对瘢痕更加满意,不影响患者审美,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of areola small incision in the treatment of benign breast tumor.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2019,200 patients with benign breast tumor were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional radial incision.The observation group was treated with areola small incision.We compared the bleeding volume,operation time,hospital stay,incidence of surgical complications and satisfaction with postoperative scar between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The percentage of satisfaction in the patients of the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(88.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional radial incision treatment,areola small incision in the treatment of benign breast tumor has better clinical effect,not only is the trauma small,the patient's late recovery is faster,the patient is more satisfied with the scar,it does not affect the patient's aesthetic and to be worth spreading.
