遵义地区妇女高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染与子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变及宫颈癌的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨贵州省遵义地区妇女高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变及宫颈癌的相关性。方法:2016年8月-2019年8月收治患者90例,分为子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变组36例、宫颈癌组24例及对照组30例。三组均采用实时荧光定量PCR检测方法进行HPV基因分型检测。结果:子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变组HPV阳性20例(55.56%),宫颈癌组HPV阳性22例(91.66%),对照组HPV阳性3例(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。45例HPV阳性患者中,HPV16型阳性32例(71.11%),HPV18型阳性6例(13.33%),HPV58型阳性4例(8.89%),HPV52型阳性3例(6.67%)。结论:遵义地区女性子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变及宫颈癌与HPV感染有一定相关性,尤其是与HPV16、18型有关,为宫颈癌的预防及子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变早期治疗提供实验依据。Objective:To discuss the correlation with human papillomavirus infection and cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer in women in Zunyi city,Guizhou province.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2019,90 cases of patients were enrolled,there were 36 cases in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion group,24 cases in cervical cancer group and 30 cases in control group.Three groups of patients were tested for HPV genotyping by real-time PCR.Results:There were 20 cases(55.56%)HPV positive patients in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion group,22 cases(91.66%)HPV positive patients in cervical cancer group,3 cases(10.00%)HPV positive patients in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Of 45 HPV positive patients,32 cases were HPV16 type positive(71.11%),6 cases(13.33%)were HPV18 type positive,4 cases(8.89%)were HPV58 type positive,3 cases(6.67%)were HPV52 type positive.Conclusion:There is some correlation with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer and HPV infection in women in Zunyi area,especially HPV16,18 type.To provide experimental basis for the prevention of cervical cancer and the early treatment of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions.
