摘 要:目的观察体外高频热疗联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法77例晚期肺癌作为研究对象,将患者按治疗方法不同分为研究组(32例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采用体外高频热疗治疗,研究组采用体外高频热疗联合化疗方案进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、局部皮肤损伤情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4个周期后,研究组完全缓解率(CRR)为12.50%,客观缓解率(ORR)为34.38%,疾病控制率(DCR)为62.50%;对照组完全缓解率为6.67%,客观缓解率为26.67%,疾病控制率为37.78%;两组完全缓解率、客观缓解率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组疾病控制率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组局部皮肤损伤发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体外高频热疗联合化疗可有效提高晚期肺癌的整体疗效,且具有较好的安全性,在临床上具有较高的推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 77 patients with advanced lung cancer as study subjects were divided into research group(32 cases) and control group(45 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia, and the research group was treated with extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy, local skin injury and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 cycles of treatment, the complete remission rate(CRR) of the research group was 12.50%, objective remission rate(ORR) was 34.38%, and disease control rate was 62.50%;the complete remission rate was 6.67%, objective remission rate was 26.67%, and disease control rate was 37.78%. There was no statistically significant difference in complete remission rate, objective remission rate and disease control rate between the two groups(P>0.05). The disease control rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of skin injury between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion External high-frequency hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy can effectively alleviate the condition of advanced lung cancer with high safety, which has a high clinical promotion value.
