摘 要:目的探讨人工泪液联合非甾体类抗炎药治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法200例干眼症患者,依据治疗方法不同分为联合治疗组和单独治疗组,每组100例。联合治疗组采用人工泪液联合非甾体类抗炎药治疗,单独治疗组采用人工泪液单独治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后Schirmer评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者Schirmer评分、BUT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者较本组治疗前升高,BUT较本组治疗前延长,且联合治疗组患者Schirmer评分升高幅度、BUT延长幅度均显著高于单独治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率为96.0%(96/100),显著高于单独治疗组的72.0%(72/100),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者不良反应发生率为8.0%(8/100),显著低于单独治疗组的31.0%(31/100),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工泪液联合非甾体类抗炎药治疗干眼症的临床疗效较人工泪液单独治疗显著。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye.Methods A total of 200 dry eye patients were divided into combination treatment group and single treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.Combination treatment group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with artificial tears,and single treatment group was treated with artificial tears only.The Schirmer score and break-up time(BUT)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Schirmer score and BUT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Schirmer score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and BUT was longer than that before treatment;the increase in Schirmer score and BUT extension in the combination treatment group were significantly higher than those in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment effective rate of combination treatment group was 96.0%(96/100),which was significantly higher than 72.0%(72/100)of single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of combination group was 8.0%(8/100),which was significantly lower than 31.0%(31/100)of single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of artificial tears combined with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of dry eye is more significant than that of artificial tears alone.
