摘　　要：进入新时代,期刊出版的社会情境发生深刻变革,建设世界一流科技期刊目标对编辑素养提出了更高要求。期刊编辑需重构核心素养,应对新情境、适应新要求。引入国际核心素养理念,梳理遴选当代期刊编辑必备的价值观、品格与能力素养,并分别逐层剖析其内涵外延,建构出期刊编辑核心素养体系,系统化地定位期刊编辑的核心素养。In the new era,the social situation of periodical publishing has undergone profound changes,and the goal of building world-class academic journals has put forward higher requirements for editorial literacy.Periodical editors need to reconstruct their core literacy to cope with new situations and adapt to new requirements.Through sorting out and selecting the necessary values,character and competence of contemporary periodical editors,and analyzing their connotations and extensions layer by layer,the core literacy system of periodical editors is constructed to position the core literacy of periodical editors in a complete,clear and systematic orientation.
