基于成果导向的飞机标准线路施工课程教学设计

摘　　要：为提高飞机标准线路施工课程教学成效,在对接行业标准、分析岗位职业能力的基础上,聚焦学生职业能力的增强和职业素养的提升。通过重构项目化教学内容、设计基于工作过程的教学流程和建立全程化考评机制,探索以成果为导向、以学生为中心的持续改进的课程建设范式。经过教学实践,取得良好的效果,可以为其他专业课程的教学改革与建设提供参考。In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of the Aircraft Standard Wiring Practice course,on the basis of docking industry standards and analyzing the professional ability of the post,it focuses on the enhancement of students'professional ability and professional quality.By reconstructing the project-based teaching content,designing the teaching process based on the working process and establishing a full-process evaluation mechanism,this paper explores thecontinuous improved curriculum construction paradigm of outcome-oriented,student-centered.After teaching practice,good results have been achieved,which is of reference significance for the teaching reform and construction of other professional courses.
