摘  要:航天测量船出海执行海上测控任务前,需要提前规划好测量船的测量海域和航行工况,在此基础上获取详细的任务跟踪弧段来满足任务要求。文中考虑海上测量船进行测控任务过程中多种限制条件,分析如何确定测量工况的总体流程与方法。针对单空间目标测控任务场景,提出一种自动计算出测量工况结果的方法,满足在测量过程中避开遮蔽,以比较有利的测量跟踪位置、仰角获取目标的跟踪弧段。该方法有效提高了测量工况规划效率,为海上测量船出海成功执行海上测量任务提供了保障。Before a space tracking ship goes to sea to perform a marine survey and control task,it is necessary to plan the survey sea area and navigation conditions of the tracking ship in advance,and on this basis,obtain a detailed mission tracking arc to meet the mission requirements.This paper considers the various constraints in the process of measuring and controlling offshore tracking ships,and analyzes how to determine the overall process and method of measurement conditions.Aiming at the single-space target measurement and control task scenario,a method for automatically calculating the results of measurement conditions is proposed to meet the need to avoid shadowing during the measurement process and obtain the target tracking arc with a more favorable measurement tracking position and elevation angle.This method effectively improves the efficiency of surveying working condition planning,and provides guarantee for the successful implementation of offshore surveying tasks by offshore surveying tasks by offshore surveying vessels.
