摘 要:目的分析视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的效果及对患儿视功能指标的影响。方法 100例屈光性弱视患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患儿给予传统综合疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用视觉训练系统治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗3个月后立体视、双眼融象情况,治疗前后视力水平,治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组立体视正常、双眼融象正常比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组视力水平为(0.56±0.11),对照组视力水平为(0.56±0.12);治疗后,观察组视力水平为(0.98±0.12),对照组视力水平为(0.81±0.12);治疗前,两组视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿视力水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组视力水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率88.00%显著高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.828, P<0.05)。结论采用视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的临床效果确切,可有效改善患儿的视功能,促使立体视和双眼融象恢复正常,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effect of visual training system in the treatment of refractive amblyopia and its influence on children’s visual function indexes. Methods A total of 100 children with refractive amblyopia were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional comprehensive therapy, and the observation group was treated with visual training system on the basis of the control group. The stereopsis and binocular fusion before and 3 months after treatment, visual acuity before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results 3 months after treatment, the proportion of normal stereopsis and binocular fusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, the visual acuity of the observation group was(0.56±0.11), which was(0.56±0.12) of the control group;after treatment, the visual acuity of the observation group was(0.98±0.12), which was(0.81±0.12) of the control group. Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment the visual acuity of the two groups were obvious better than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment 88.00% of the observation group was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.828, P<0.05). Conclusion The visual training system has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of refractive amblyopia, which can effectively improve the visual function and promote stereopsis and binocular fusion to return to normal, which is worthy of promotion and application.
