摘 要:在我国城镇大多数家庭中,女性承担了更多抚育子女的责任。二孩政策的实施必然会进一步增加女性的家务劳动负担,进而对其职业生涯产生较大的负面影响。本文对武汉市女性劳动力及其家庭展开调查分析,发现改善儿童照顾福利是保障女性就业权益的重要途径。建议构建社会化的幼儿照顾服务体系,用公平统一的社会福利替代企业福利,承认女性家务劳动的社会价值,加大儿童福利方面的补偿力度,从而充分保障城镇女性的就业权益。In the intra-household division of labor in our country,women in most urban families are regarded as taking more responsibilities for raising children.The implementation of the two-child policy will inevitably further increase the housework undertaken by women,and then it has a great negative impact on women's career.Based on the investigation and analysis of labor force women and their families in Wuhan,this paper finds that improving child care welfare is an important way to protect women's employment rights and interests.In order to effectively protect the employment rights and interests of urban women,it is suggested to construct a socialized child care service system,replace enterprise welfare with fair and unified social welfare,recognize the social value of women's housework,and increase the compensation in child welfare.
