摘 要:目的探讨在医学本科生的内科学课程教学中融入转化医学理念对学生理论知识、临床实践技能及科研能力的提升效果。方法选取蚌埠医学院五年制临床医学专业2016级本科生,按照教学方法不同分为观察组与对照组。观察组共55人,采用融入转化医学理念的系统整合式教学方法;对照组共56人,采用传统授课教学模式。课程结束后,通过对理论成绩、临床技能成绩以及“大学生创新创业计划”的成绩进行考核,从而对教学效果进行评价。结果①观察组的理论成绩中,平均分高于对照组(P=0.003);②观察组的临床技能成绩中,平均分和优秀率均高于对照组(P=0.009);③观察组“大学生创新创业计划”成绩优于对照组(P=0.006)。结论基于转化医学理念的系统整合式教学方法所构建的内科学教育培养模式,突破了传统教学方法的不足,更适应现代医学教学的要求,教学优势明显,能提高其理论成绩及临床技能成绩,且能提高其科研能力,对全面提升医学本科生的专业素养和临床实践能力,培养其创新思维具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of integrating the concept of translational medicine into the course of Internal Medicine for medical undergraduates on the improvement of students’theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills and scientific research capabilities.Methods Undergraduates from grade 2016 majoring in five-year clinical medicine in Bengbu Medical College were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different teaching methods.The observation group(55 students)adopted a systematic and integrated teaching method with the concept of translational medicine.The control group(56 students)adopted the traditional teaching mode.At the end of the course,the theoretical scores,clinical skills scores and“Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan for College Students”scores were assessed,so as to evaluate the teaching effect.Results①The average theoretical score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.003).②The average score and excellent rate of clinical skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P=0.009).③The scores of“Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan for College Students”in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P=0.006).Conclusion Based on the concept of translational medicine,the educational training model for Internal Medicine constructed by the systematic and integrated teaching method breaks through the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods and is more suitable for the requirements of modern medical teaching.Its teaching advantages are obvious,which can improve students’theoretical scores and clinical skills,as well as their scientific research ability.It is of great significance to comprehensively improve medical undergraduates’professional quality,clinical practice ability and cultivate their innovative thinking.
