摘 要:受到2020年新冠肺炎疫情的影响,陕西省内各类学校普遍延期放假现象增加了迎峰渡夏期间的空调电力负荷,对电力系统及设备的安全、稳定运行带来了挑战。为合理规划和安排迎峰渡夏工作,通过建立以地区学校人数模型并参考室外人体热舒适度标准对夏日典型的以空调为代表的大功率电器负荷进行了大数据分析。在此基础上,依据新增负荷大小,分析了我省学校新增空调负荷后的电网运行情况,对变压器和线路的温升情况进行了计算。结果表明了学校集中的城市迎峰渡夏期间电力负荷较重,会出现重载甚至过载情况的线路和变压器。该方法可准确预警学校迎峰渡夏期间的空调负荷对陕西电网安全运行带来的运行风险。Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,all kinds of schools in Shaanxi province postponed the summer vacation, which increased the air conditioning power load during the summer load peak period and posed severe challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power system and its equipment. To reasonably plan and tide over the summer load peak period,a big data analysis is carried out for the highpower electrical load represented by air conditioning in summer by establishing a regional school population model and referring to the outdoor human thermal comfort standard. On this basis,the paper analyzes the power grid operation conditions when more air conditioning load is added by the schools in the province according to the size of the added load,and calculates the temperature rise of transformers and power lines accordingly.The results show that the power load is heavy in the urban areas where schools are concentrated,and the lines and transformers may be heavily loaded or even overloaded. This method can give an accurate early-warning about the operating risk to the safe operation of Shaanxi power grid resulted from the additional air conditioning load during the summer load period.
