摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预在晚期肝癌介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将108例晚期肝癌患者分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=54),两组患者均接受介入治疗,对照组患者给予常规介入治疗护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予认知行为干预。比较治疗前后两组患者的焦虑自评量表(S A S)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、肝癌患者生存质量测定量表2.0版(QOL-LC V2.0)评分、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分及血清VEGF水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的QOL-LC V2.0评分和HHI评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论认知行为干预在晚期肝癌介入治疗患者中具有较好的应用效果,可改善患者的心理状态和生活质量,提高患者的希望水平。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention in patients with advanced liver can?cer undergoing interventional therapy.Method A total of 108 patients with advanced liver cancer were selected and divided into the observation group(n=54)and the control group(n=54)by random number table method.Patients in both groups received interventional therapy.The control group was given routine intervention and the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the regimen used in the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life for liver cancer version 2.0(QOL-LC V2.0)and Herth hope index(HHI),together with the level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),were recorded and compared before and aResfter treatment.ult After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS and serum VEGF levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the QOL-LC V2.0 score and HHI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention in the treatment of advanced liver cancer shows a promising and practical application effect,which can improve the psychological status,quality of life and hope level of patients.
