摘　　要：为研究造纸法再造烟叶经过酶处理后产品品质的变化规律,实验室对比分析了空白样品和酶处理样品的纤维质量、产品定量、抗张强度、柔软度、吸收性、片基表面微观特性、烟梗结构组织等物理指标,结果表明:经过酶处理生产过程浆料具有易帚化、优化纤维形态、提高原料提取率、降低机械加工打浆能耗等的作用。In order to study the characteristics of paper-making reconstituted tobacco,the changes of product quality after enzyme treatment were studied.The fiber quality,product quantity,tensile strength,softness,micro characteristics of absorbable surface,enlarged structure graph of tobacco stem and other physical indexes between blank samples and enzyme treated samples were compared and analyzed in laboratory.The results showed that after the enzyme treatment,the pulp is easy to broom,the fiber morphology is optimized,the extraction rate of raw materials is improved,and the energy consumption of mechanical refining is reduced in the producing process.
