摘　　要：针对军事信息系统国产化测评要求,以应用为牵引,制定典型指控领域军事信息系统基准测评规则,研究应用测评目标,设计应用测评方法,通过典型态势处理系统验证国产关键软硬件的测试,为国产软硬件对应用支撑能力的评价提供支撑。According to the requirements of localized evaluation of military information systems,taking the application as the traction,the paper formulates the standard military evaluation rules in typical command and control field,studies the evaluation target of command and control application,designs the evaluation method of command and control application,and verifies the test of domestic key software and hardware through typical situation processing system.Meanwhile it provides support for the evaluation of domestic software and hardware on application support ability.
