摘  要:当下,高校家庭经济困难学生的资助工作向科学化、专业化、精准化方向发展,工作内容不能仅局限于经济帮扶,应有精神内涵和社会效应。文章基于资助工作实践,针对当前高校资助育人工作的时代困境以及学者们研究热点,提出建构立德树人视域下“解困·立志·强能”三位一体高校资助育人模式,建构物质帮扶、精神支持、道德浸润和能力提升这四者有效融合的长效机制,对家庭经济困难学生实行“立体式”多维度资助,发挥1+1+1>3的工作效应,形成资助育人工作“解困-育人-成才-回馈”的良性循环。Nowadays,the college students in need are being funded in a scientific,professional and precise way.However,aside from the economic aid,the student funding work should also provide positive spiritual meaning and social effects.In light of the funding practice,the era-specific plight faced by the education funding in the higher education level,as well as the popular research topics thereof,this paper proposed a new education funding model integrating the emphases on"overcoming difficulties","upholding aspirations"and"enhancing competencies"based on the objectives of fostering morality in personal cultivation.Specifically,this paper attempted to construct a long-lasting mechanism combining the functions of material aid,spiritual support,moral fostering,and skillset enhancement,so that the students in need can be funded in a comprehensive and all-round manner,and ultimately realizing the effect of 1+1+1>3 and the completion of the educational funding loop involving difficulty overcoming-talent fostering-mastery of skill(s)-feedback.
