摘  要:小型化系留无人机用光电复合缆可以持续提供电流与信号的传输,保证长达百米传输后仍能够满足飞行器在空中的用电需求。为了满足用户使用要求,对无人机用轻型反复收放系留缆绳展开了研制。该系留缆绳通过电源线从地面设施向飞行器提供电能,通过光纤单元在飞行器与地面间实现信息传输,地面操作人员可以利用收放机构根据飞行器高度实时收放系留缆绳,调整系留缆绳的展开长度。从材料选择、性能计算等方面阐述了该系留缆绳的设计研制过程,并对所研制的系留缆绳的光学性能、机械性能和温度性能进行测试。测试结果表明,该系留缆绳的性能满足了研制目标要求。The opto-electric composite cable for miniaturized tethered unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)can continuously provide current and signal transmission,which can ensure that the power demand of aircraft in the air can still be met after transmission up to 100 meters.In order to meet the user’s requirements,the light-weight repetitive retractable tethered cable for UAV is developed.The tethered cable provides power to aircraft from ground facilities through power line,and realizes information transmission between aircraft and ground through optical fiber unit.Ground operator can use retraction and release mechanism to retract and release tethered cable in real time according to aircraft height,and adjust the deployment length of tethered cable.The design and development process of tethered cable is described from the aspects of material selection and performance calculation,and the optical performance,mechanical performance and temperature performance of the tethered cable are tested.The test results show that the performance of the tethered cable meets the requirements of the development target.
