摘 要:胆囊癌是一种高度恶性且预后极差的胆道系统恶性肿瘤,早期诊断与及时根治性手术是可能治愈胆囊癌的唯一途径,然而由于缺乏特异的临床表现且早期症状与胆囊炎相近,大多数胆囊癌都是在发病晚期才被诊断,而且传统放化疗对于胆囊癌的治疗非常有限,对总体生存率影响不大。随着当前对于胆囊癌中分子生物学机制研究的日益完善,运用分子生物学手段治疗胆囊癌表现出了更有效的治疗策略和发展前景。文章综述了近些年在胆囊癌分子生物学研究中取得的进展,希望为胆囊癌提供预后分子标记及治疗靶点,提高并改善胆囊癌化疗效果。Gallbladder cancer is a highly malignant tumor of the biliary tract with a poor prognosis.Early diagnosis and timely radical surgery are the only ways to cure gallbladder cancer.However,due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations and the early symptoms of gallbladder cancer are similar to cholecystitis,most gallbladder cancer is diagnosed only in the late stage of onset,and traditional chemotherapy and radiotherapy have very limited treatment efficacy for gallbladder cancer,and have little effect on overall survival.As the current research on the molecular biological mechanism of gallbladder cancer is becoming more and more perfect,the use of molecular biology methods to treat gallbladder cancer has shown more effective treatment strategies and development prospects.This article reviews the progress of molecular biology in gallbladder cancer in recent years,hoping to provide prognostic molecular markers and therapeutic targets for gallbladder cancer,and improve the chemotherapy effect of gallbladder cancer.
