弥漫性掌跖角化症并发假性阿洪病一例

摘　　要：43岁女性患者,双手角化过度30年、指间关节环形缩窄10年,跖部角化过度10年。皮肤科情况:双手皮肤角化过度,表面可见片状红斑伴脱屑,示指、中指和小指的指间关节变细呈环状缩窄。红斑组织病理示:致密的角化过度,表皮不规则增生,真皮浅层血管扩张,周围有稀疏淋巴细胞浸润。双手X线检查骨质、关节间隙、关节面及软组织均无异常。诊断:弥漫性掌跖角化症并发假性阿洪病。To report a rare case of a 43-year-old female Chinese patient who presented to our outpatient clinic with hyperkeratosis of both palms and soles and ainhum-like digital constrictions around the fingers.Histopathologic examination of the palm revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis and irregular hyperplasia with dermal vascular dilatation and lymphocytes infiltration.Radiographs showed that there were no changes in the bones of the both hands,no abnormalities in the joint space and joint surface,and soft tissue shadows were normal.The clinical features and examination findings were consistent with the diagnosis of difFuse palmoplantar keratoderma with pseudoainhum.
