摘　　要：目的:探讨心理虐待与忽视对非自杀性自伤行为的影响以及经验回避的中介作用和认知融合的调节作用。方法:采用青少年自我伤害问卷、儿童心理虐待与忽视量表、接纳与行动问卷、认知融合量表对2065名中学生进行测量,回收有效问卷1959份。结果:①儿童心理虐待与忽视、非自杀性自伤行为、经验回避、认知融合两两之间均呈显著正相关;②儿童心理虐待与忽视可以直接预测非自杀性自伤行为,也可以通过经验回避对非自杀性自伤行为产生间接作用;③经验回避对非自杀性自伤行为的影响受到认知融合的调节。结论:经验回避是儿童心理虐待与忽视和非自杀性自伤行为之间的中介变量;认知融合在此过程中起到了催化剂的作用。Objective:To explore the influence of psychological abuse and neglect on non-suicidal self-injury behavior and the mediating effect of experiential avoidance and the regulating effect of cognitive fusion.Methods:2065 middle school students were tested by adolescent self-injury questionnaire,child psychological abuse and neglect scale,accep⁃tance and action questionnaire and cognitive fusion scale.Results:①Childhood psychological abuse and neglect,non-sui⁃cidal self-injury behavior,experiential avoidance,cognitive fusion were significantly positive correlated with each other.②Childhood psychological abuse and neglect directly predicted the non-suicidal self-injury behavior,and also had an indi⁃rect effect on the non-suicidal self-injury behavior through experiential avoidance.③The influence of experiential avoid⁃ance on non-suicidal self-injury behavior was regulated by cognitive fusion.Conclusion:Experiential avoidance is an in⁃termediate variable between psychological abuse and neglect in children and non-suicidal self-injury.Cognitive fusion plays a catalytic role in this process.
