浅谈DRC电机在烟草贮丝柜中的应用

摘　　要：在烟草行业中,贮丝柜用于烟丝的贮存,烟丝存放合格后,通过贮丝柜底带减速电机拖动底带运转,将烟丝送至供丝路径,进入加丝机,最后风送至卷接机组卷制成品。在底带供丝过程中,发现供丝路径存在烟丝不连续,在制烟丝水份不稳定,影响产品质量的情况。为此我们通过深入分析,找到了供丝不连续的症结所在,并提出了三点思考,最终通过引入DRC电子电机系统,解决了供丝不连续的问题。In the tobacco industrv,the tobacco storage cabinet is used for the storage of tobacco.After the storage of tobacco is qualified,the bottom belt is driven by the deceleration motor of the bottom belt of the tobacco storage cabinet to run,and the tobacco is sent to the tobacco supply path,into the tobacco feeder,and finally the air is sent to the coiler unit to roll the finished products.In the process of bottom band tobacco supply,it is found that the path of tobacco supply is not continuous,and the moisture content of tobacco isnot stable,which affects the product quality.For this reason,we find the crux of wire supply discontinuity through in-depth analysis,and put forward three considerations.Finally,we solve the problem of tobacco supply discontinuity by introducing DRC electronic motor system.
