摘　　要：受到应试教育影响教师和青少年家长不能正确看待体育教育活动,因而需转变以往体育教育的理念。该文对健康中国视野下青少年体质健康现状实行刍议,对健康中国视野下青少年体质健康的实现方法进行研究,主要目的是,在健康中国的背景下对我国青少年体质健康情况分析后,根据青少年体质健康状况编制相应的对策,以此确保青少年的身心健康。Due to the influence of examination-oriented education,teachers and parents of teenagers can't treat physical education activities correctly,so it is necessary to change the concept of physical education in the past.This paper discusses the current situation of physical health of teenagers in the perspective of healthy China,and studies the realization methods of physical health of teenagers from the perspective of healthy China.After the analysis of physical health,the corresponding countermeasures are formulated according to the physical health status of teenagers,so as to ensure the physical and mental health of teenagers.
