摘　　要：目的总结脉络膜结核瘤的临床特点。方法回顾性分析8例(10只眼)脉络膜结核瘤病例。结果脉络膜结核瘤主要症状为出现视力下降,左眼多见,表现为眼球后极部黄白色或灰白色局限性隆起,相干光层析成像术(OCT)特点是在肉芽肿病变的上方视网膜色素上皮-脉络膜毛细血管和神经视网膜之间存在一边界清晰的“黏附部位”(接触征)。结论对于不典型的病例,应注意其眼底典型表现以及辅助检查的特点,与其他眼内肿瘤进行鉴别,减少误诊、漏诊。Objective Summarize the clinica1 features of choroidal tuberculoma.Methods The records of eight patients with choroidal tuberculoma were reviewed retrospective1y.Results The most common symptom was blurred vision.It usually occurred in the left eye.Fundus examination showed as subretinal yellow-white or gray-white lesions in the posterior of the eyeball.OCT scan through the lesions revealed a distinctive feature of attachment between the retinal pigment epithelial-choriocapillaris layer and neurosensory retina over the granuloma(“contact”sign).Conclusion In order to decrease misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,the appearance of fundus and the character of the eye examination should be pay attention to when other choroidal occupying lesions showing untypica1 imaging contrast.
