摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和信息技术的进步,手机APP技术越来越成熟与广泛。将手机APP合理地运用到定向运动教学中,可作为定向运动课程辅助教学器材使用,有利于教师进行高效的教学管理,提升学生学习兴趣和学习效率,提高定向运动课程教学效果,可以大幅节省定向教学设备成本,降低定向运动课程的开设门槛,有利于定向运动课程在高校中快速广泛开展。With the development of social economy and information technology,mobile APP technology is more and more mature and extensive.The application of mobile app in orienteering teaching can be used as the auxiliary teaching equipment of orienteering course,which is beneficial for teachers to carry out efficient teaching management,improve students'interest and learning efficiency,improve the teaching effect of orienteering course,greatly save the cost of orienteering teaching equipment,reduce the threshold of orienteering course.It is conducive to the rapid and extensive development of orienteering courses in colleges and universities.
